Using message card but charged amount by airtel

Sir/madam,

i am a customer of airtel last 3 yr..

i am using airtel 44 message card voucher

but airtel charged 10 rs. from my account

4 std msg and 4 local msg

4 std msg per msg 1.5 rs

4 local msg 1 rs

when i complained to airtel care then they told me, after 24 hrs my amount will be credited on my account.

but...

so plz help me
