Dear Sir,

I am having the following problems with my airtel card:

My mobile looses range after a call very often, and then I have to wait for 5/10 minutes to get range, even in an area where other airtel network users are having no problems.

I want to know if my airtel voice mail service is on, if yes then I am unable to transfer my call if unanswered to the voice mail service, please check and inform

And if my voice mail service is not already active please activate the same urgently and if it is already active then please inform me why I am not being able to transfer my unanswered call to my voice mail system.

Sir, frankly I am quite disgusted with airtel services since the last 3 / 4 months and please note that in case if my problems and difficulties are not solved I would rather change my sim card with or without the same number,

Please don’t, request, please don’t ask me to speak to your phone service at 121 because they have cut my call 8 times and I really do not wish to go through the ordeal again.

I went to your gallery at Lokhandwala wherein they refused to accept this letter and told me to speak to 198, they (at 198) cut my line 3 times.

Believe me, I feel I have a choice and will not beg you, ll for service.

Seriously hope that someone will care at your end.
