Airtel
Being charged for using free facebook website 0.facebook.com on my cell phone

I'm an airtel costumer, and am using airtel postpaid service.

I started using facebook's free site, 0.facebook.com, which facebook announces to be "without any data charges on Airtel Live network", hoping to have access to facebook for free. I registered at 0.facebook.com on 3rd march.

But I was surprised when I saw that I had around Rs 150 charged on me (when I checked at *121*2#) after two days, on 5th april.

Well, 0.facebook.com is not more than a kilobit per page and there is no meaning for charging me Rs. 150 in only two days.

When I called the customer care they told me that they had not heard of any site as 0.facebook.com and told me that I am ought to have charged for any site that I open through Airtel Live settings.

When I opened Airtel's online bill viewing and checking service (at www.airtel.in), upon logging with my username and password, I was notified that they are unable to process my request and to try later.

Please help me out of this problem and please refund me the money if possible or take concerned steps.
