Continuously debit my account balance

Dear Sir,

i use airtel number in 9500551538.this past 2 months, i subscribe only caller tune service only, but my account balance was debited in wrong reasion.first month he accept their problem and credited my balance rupees 20.00, and one more time my account debit inRs.20.00 complaint again he also accept and credit my balance, and I told him cancell my all scbcription without caller tune and he accept.? But this month continuously Debit my account that the same reasion.my accout was debit 2 times in 20 rupees, one time accept and cradit my balance. After 2 hours my account balance debited for one more Rs 20.00.I complaint their, and he has not respect my call.he cancel my call in 4 times during speak.i face continuosly this problem, so you must take action for this complaint, i whould like to change network.
