This is i regards to my Mobile number 9960612400
its a Land line phone which is like a wireless handset from last two months
i am not able to use it.
The Problem was one day suddenly it asked for pin number which i punched
in wrong and then it asked for PUK number so i called customer service
from My sisters phone, the advisor asked me to remove the Sim from my
landline phone. which i knew i should not bcoz it have charged me in the
past some RS-250.. i told him abt the same.. he said dont worry its fine.
i took assurance from him and then i removed the Sim. later when i put the
Sim back ..it just displayed Emergency, again i called up the customer
care. this time they refuse saying they dont handle landline query and i need to
go to Airtel gallery. which i did later in a week.
at the Airtel gallery in vasai west near station, they said there is a
charge again for the same amount and suggested me to convert it to mobile
phone, i said i can not convert it to mobile phone as all my numbers are
store and i was pretty happy the the landline scheme,
i told them disconnect it as i am not able to use it and dont want it as
mobile number... and now i have got a bill for Rs-276. without using it
and the too when i have asked the to disconnect.. i am tired going to the
airtel gallery.. please get it is resolve. i would love to keep the landline
as it was working before but not ready to pay the charge and the bill for
which i have not used.. its not abt the money its abt the principles
