Activation/deactivation of service packs automatically

On my mobile ph no. 09621919783 - airtel mobile service provider automatically activates service packs like cricket info, miss -u packs etc and charges are deducted without my consent . i have not applied for any of these but then also charges are deducted and continued messages are delivered.

kindly look in to the matter as soon as possible. deactivation numbers also don't respond answering - 'yeh seva iss samay uplabdh nahi hai' .
