My complaint is regarding Airtel VAS. I got an SMS at once today (17/02) that I have been subscribed to Raghu Ram event. (I did not initialize any subscription from my side). They deductted Rs 15 from my balance.
Regarding this I called their customer complaint number 198 where the person told me that I have activated the service myself. I never take up any advertising calls and being little educated I can understand if I activated somethin g on my own. :(
When I asked him for refund, he refused to do that. I asked him my complaint number and told him that I will follow the complaint my way. He did not give me a complaint number and cut my phone.
I tried to call on the same number again, got a little similar experience from other person and he cut my phone without listaning what I wanted to say.
I tried to call on the same number again and they are not taking up my call and asking me to send a message. What the hell? You are good until you complain, otherwise they don't take your call. And interestting thing is that such things happen only when you have enough balance. I will wait till my current balance is over and finally would like to go with MNP if they do not respond. It is disgusting behavior, money is not a problem.
I was expecting a better service after MNP but it seem to worsen.
