My cell no is not yet activated

I got a replaced SIM for my mobile no - 8826172300 from Sahara mall, Gurgaon as my original SIM was destroyed. but it's still not activated.

I got this SIM on 14th march and its 5 days now.

Please activate the SIM ASAP.
