The service of airtel is very pathetic... the customer care is completely uneducated and its been pricking even more after they have started charging to speak to customer care. i dont understand when they are charging what is the harm in providing the service for the same... when you dont charge or provide free service... it can be understandable at one point but not everytime... thank god to number portablility i m switching to vodafone otherwise i would have definitely found out another option too... it is a very basic and common sense ..people being in the service industry and not providing service... i dont know how to try to justify your ownselfs in your own industry... it is clearly the carelessness and casuality the company is going through... this is completely unacceptable... customer care not even talk properly after keeping on hold for quite a few minutes... they directly disconnect saying they are transfering the line but god only knows which way do they transfer... they themselves doesnt feel a poke... as a human being too... the lethargy and laziness and cheapness is to the peak... atleast pay some respect to humanity... even this is lost to the core... world will come to an end someday ..but what about the karmas... god is seeing all of us in all the angles... its not a 60-80 years life which we spend..its a lifetime life which we deal with the energy around... beware people...
