Alance deduction and no response from customer care

Up till now a total sum of Rs 67 has been deducted from my account.

First Rs 7 was deducted for unknown reason.

Then Rs 40 for some 'GCLUB' for downloding, that i never did.

Then Rs 20 as weekly rental towards 'GCLUB'.

Now for past 3 day i am trying to reach customer care and nodal officer, they r not taking up calls.

So i request you to kindly look into my matter and take appropriate measures...
