Do we really need a customer care

I am having an airtel connection. I am a customer who recharges my account for an amount of around 700/- per month. I had put an offer of unlimited internet from airtel for Rs.98/- this month which is valid till 20.04.2011 and i am having a free usage of 2048 MB free on his date of 1.4.2011.

I tried to download a game from www.getjar.com using my mobile office setting, which had a size of nealry 200kb. downloading from getjar using mobile using is free, but i was charged Rs.99/- for that download. I contacted customer care and a lady told me that i downloaded using setting of airtel live, but am sure i downloaded using mobile office and she also told there is no option for refund. Further she told me the only way is to delete the setting of airtel live from my mobile.

i was not able to call 121 from last two weeks from my mobile, so when this problem happened i called 121 from another airtel mobile. after speaking to customer care when i tried to call 121 from that mobile it said the number of 121 doesn't exist. i tried for 2 hours, i really do think she banned me from customer care for more than 5 hrs. Is this the attitude from a customer care person? or is customer care just an advertising slogan.

Also, i told you i was not able to call 121 from last two weeks as i was not able to call i was confused if the recharge amount for unlimited internet is 97/- . i did that offer and i got free airtel calls which is of no use to me, again i contacted another dealer and i had to do recharge of 98/-, and my amount of 97/- was in air.

I needed to bring this problem to your consideration. thats y am mailing you
