Unable to Access Mobile office over Blackberry mobile

Hello Sir,

Despite repeated complaints, speaking to the call center supervisors for activation of BIS 399 for my mobile number 9500000288 (Chennai) since 21st of March to till date and spending over Rs.100 on those calls, i am still not able to access MOBILE OFFICE SERVIES on my Blackberry.

Everytime I make a call to the helpline, I get an assurance that the service

will be activated within sometime, or a maximum of 24 hours, and advise me follow the below procedure.

Though i try the below procedure repeatedly for every 24hours, neither balance deducted nor the service activated.

i receive the following sms from Airtel

"Your request for BI has been registered with us. Thank You.

"Dear Customer, We already have a provisioning request under processing. Please wait while we process your request."

I request you to look into the problem and rectify the same at the earliest.
