Deduct amount from my balance with out providing any service

Dear sir,

I am airtel prepaid sevice user last 4 years. I am sad of the air tel service, many they dedUct the amount from my balance.since laast 2day ago like this matter happened, and contact to costumer care service (SHALINI) but not positive response, than i contact nodal officer & lodge a complaint to Mr Sorab.

Sorab lodged my complaint i.e (2040626811900) on 6/4 at 10 am & he assured ur deducted amount refund with in 4 hrs after waiting then we contact Mr Mr Ruchi raj Nodal officer on his phone 9897534865

stayed on 30 min but last not any solution till this time.

kindlly help me above noted matter.
