The airtel co has started 3g facility and hello tunes on my mobile no. 09928124023 without my request or any confirmation. while i contected with them today they informed that there is no any such facility given to me, while they have deducted Rs. 59 for 3G and Rs. 15 in the name of hello tunes. After this i have tried to contact them for more then 25 times from my mobile but they cut the line without talking from their customer relationship officer.
Now i am requesting you to do the needful and revert the facility alongwith my money and make a penalty on them, so they will stop cheating their customers.
