i have been complaining on airtel costumer care sinc 24th of march.
i had applied for the port facility. the main reason was that i was not happy with the current plans provided by airtel.
i was then offered a plan according to which my call charges had to be 10p AtoA
&30p for the rest local calls.and for that a daily rental of Re.1 had to be deducted from my account. and the plan was promised to be on within 48hours.
1stly: i did not get any such plan on my phone till date.
2ndly: i have complained again and again, but am not getting any feedback to my complains.
3rdly: i am always asked to hold on the line while i am to be connected to the senior supervisor, but as and when i am kept on line my phone is disconnected.
4thly: without any confirmation my call rates are changed from 50p per minute to 1p per minute... i have never applied for any such scheme.
i request you to please take care of this problem of mine. or if its not possible then please do let me know so that i can change my connection.
