Unsolicited calls, sms, missed calls, call switching in between

This is to bring to your notice that we receive many calls, missed calls and sms's from strange numbers at odd hours. While making calls sometimes seems like call has been switched. And certain times on call back response comes that number does not exist.

We have spoken to customer care a lot of times but of no help.
