Hi

I use Airtel's prepaid connection. I had taken, one day United Kingdom calling plan on 2nd April to make cheaper calls to United Kingdom.

But i had been charged the regular rates rather than the reduced charges. Around Rs. 50/- were overcharged. Even after writing to the nodal officer, my problem has not been solved yet.

I will be highly obliged if you can solve my problem.

For your reference, I can send you the emails I had written to the nodal officer.

Kindly solve my problem.
