I am a customer of Airtel using Post Paid Mobile No. 9810168248 since 2006. Earlier I have making Bill payments mostly through Cash at Rantime Electronic, Shop No. 5, Bapu Dham, San Martin Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi-21 or through Cheque dropped at Airtel Drop Box located at Nayar Communication, Nanakpura, South Motibagh Market, New Delhi-21. Since last year the facility of cash payment at Rantime Electronic was withdrawn by Airtel. Since then I have been making payments through cheques through drop box /ipay machines located at Nayar Communication, Nanakpura, South Motibagh, New Delhi. However, this year Cheques dropped through Drop Box and latest paid through i-pay machine have not reached its destination. I wrote to Airtel but was of no use. I am thinking of converting it to Pre-paid or switch over to anfother Company. Is it possible.
