Sub: after recharging for Rs 500 i did lost more than Rs 100 from my credit for no reason

could i please get sincere service from your part. Why airtel service is going below the average.let me come to the point
the last recharge i did for Rs 500 and also i activated one month internet pack by paying around 100. While using internet Airtel people charged more than Rs 100 from my credit balance. Infact i registered many complaints and also talkd with executives. But the sad fact is that upto this time i havnt got my money back
infact i really dont know why airtel people took more than Rs 100 from my credit bcoz i hav already recharegd for 1 month internet.
I told you clearly about my problem directly to the executives.eventhough i am telling again. If you dont mind will you please check my usage history from the time i rechargd Rs 500. From that time onwards you can have a detail check up. I am sure, you can easily find out the problems which happend in airtel part. One more time i am personally request you to check my last 50 days history
i wish you could find out the problem and will surely give my lost money. I have been waiting for your reply
