Recharge Coupen's Balance

I have prepaid Airtel Mobile Connection no.9993551339. On 2ndApril it got recharged vide transID no. 48710569 &48669890 for Rs. 95/each. Account was credited by Rs.82/ each as per the scheme. Balance of Rs.13/ each was to be credited within 48 hours. But till now I have not been acknowledged/ informed for credit of bal. amount. Kindly accord the credit.
