Detuction of my Prepaid amount without a valid region

Hi,

This is Binay from Hyderabad. My mobile No. is 9704541219. In my mobile Prepaid amount is getting detucted every 3 to 5 hour's without doing anything and when i am trying to reach the customer care excutive it's not connecting and if it's got connect and i am going to explain my problem they disconnect my call every time Please give me the right solution for this...
