MNP require from Airtel to Tata Docomo

I had applied for MNP on 7/05/11

(MNP port No. AZ341121) for my mobile

no. 7709988991 and also purchased a

new sim card from TATA DOCOMO &

submitted all relevant document to the

TATA DOCOMO gallary on same day.

Then I received a call from AIRTEL on

10-May regarding reasons for

switching. The caller said that there is

problem related in MNP & you can not

switch to other operatior due to

technical reason & he offered me

under mentioned 6 month terrifs:

airtel to airtel : 6sec / 1paise

airtel to other network: 2 sec/ 1 paise

daily 100 free national messages.

& also committed the lowest terriff of

GPRS. And I got a msg

"Your Port In request for Mobile Number 7709988991 has been rejected by your service provider due to legal reasons."

But still above mentioned offer is not

initiated and also not giving the

approval to switch to TATA Docomo.
