I called to Airtel Customer care and expalined my problem... they simple tell only one thing... " Settings Problem"... and every time... they send settings or manual setting of settings... They even didn't understand... if settings problem is there then No internet will come...
My Problem is " Internet is coming for only 20-30 seconds and after that i have to wait 2-3 minutes or i have to redail the connection"...
After my repeating call to customer care about my problem... they changed my Customer care personal interaction as "Dail *121#" for any other details...
I asked for "no flash message bill for my calls and internet usage"... this also not happened...
from that time i'm calling from my friends mobile and they lastly said as that is your mobile problem... and I asked "why my mobile number has customer care option changed... they said send message to 121 as MY AIRTEL and then you will get..."
I have recharged with 250/- and for caling customer care... i had minimum lossed of about 100/-...
Sir, please action take action about AIRTEL...
