I Soumen Basu, owe a mob no-9933414707... this is my third complain regarding the same issue .. I recharged with 98/-internet pack. My surfing speed is quite slow and while downloading the speed available is only 2-4 kbps where I am supposed to get 10-20 kbps . inspite of complaining several times all efforts are in vain. Its my humble request to take immediate action in this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
