9602330009 Unwanted internet suffering deduction from my prepaid balance, after Rs. 98/- recharge

Dear Sir/Madam,

Again I have been seen that after 98 internet recharge, internet suffering (via mobile office) charges deducted from my prepaid balance. I am requesting to you credit my balance, which was deducted from last 3 month.

It is seen that you are deducting balance for value added services although I

have DND serviceand not subscribe any service.

Activated services are below:

From long time service of tadkalive, World cup cricket and Videshitashen 57775

facilities started without any request & deduction of Rs.30-40 per month is

running I don't want it to continue.

News alert is automatically started from last months; no action is taken by

customer care team.

I am requesting to you for credit my balance deducted in last 12 months,

otherwise I will go to consumer forum.
