Dear Madam / Sir,
My mobile number 9895151265 (which i have been using from almost 6 years) got disconnected without any valid reason. When i called customer care they informed me that the sim was not in use for 2 months and that is the reason for disconnection. But i have not kept the sim idle. The sim's validity was not over and i use to make calls using the same sim. I use to recharge and had made calls just days before disconnection and I can submit proofs for the same.
Please help me out to restore my connection.
NB: It is disappointing that Airtel customer care was not ready even to register a complaint when requested.
