Repeated complaint to service provider customer care the depletion of amount from my account is continuing since 19th of this month
As per their information the depletion is due to net surfing on my cell but actually I have not done any net surfing on my cell and after few days the airtel live was deactivated from my account as inform through mail to me but after that the depletion is still continuing, the reason is that I am net surfing on my cell but when GPRS n airtel live was deactivated than how the depletion is going on
Please look into the matter
