I am prepaid airtel customer. One day I received a message that thanks for subscribing for some nonsense programme. I was wondering and thinking when did i do this, whether i pressed some of the buttons wrongly.
Even I was too harrash with my 5years old duaghter thinking that she would have played and done this.
Then I came to know that simply Airtel persons send this message randomily to their prepaid customers (may be to the post paid customers too) and deduct money.
When I called the customer care and (toll free) bumborded them and threatened that i willgo to consumer court., then they returned my money.
