Hi - For last month or so, I have been having huge difficulty in getting my problems resolved. I will write about others in subsequent emails - but to start with connecting with the Customer Care person itself has become a problem- either on 198 or on 121. Both on 121 and 198 after pressing option to speak with a customer care person it does not connect with the customer care person and says dial *121#(toll -free) - as if AirTel IVR is so efficient that it can replace human beings. On 121, it even asks to charge but despite accepting to pay, it does not connect. If this would have happened once or twice, I can understand but this has become regular feature. At times, it disconnects even during the process of reaching out to a customer care person. Airtel do something about it.
