I want to complian about the poor customer service provided by Libra Communication. I applied for getting the prepaid SIM ownership changed for the no. 9960788844 and then subsequent change from prepaid to postpaid. However, I have been undergoing an "indefinitely delayed" experience with Libra Communication people. In my case, I have been interacting with customer care execs Ms Pooja and Ms Harsha. It has been almost a month now and after every alternate day I try to follow up with them and I am still being told that it will happen "shortly". I hope I can get some kind of response from Airtel Presence soon.
