Give costly plan after misguiding and very very bad custumour care service

Myself MAMTA GUPTA an older user of airtel telecom company.. I registered my no. For mobile no. Portability due to very costly call rates then airtel called me and give a cheaper plan for 6 months but that plan was stopped after only 1 month... I complaine about this but there is no any response...
