I have surrendered my Airtel Mumbai post paid connection 91 9967037412 due to my relocation to Delhi. It is almost six months after permanently disconnecting the mobile number. I am still waiting for the refund of my security deposit of Rs. 2, 000/-.
I have written many mails regarding this. Their reasons are the cheque is dispatched to my Mumbai address. But not providing the Courier company and the consignment number so that I can contact there.
If I contact the customer care number, they will the system is under maintenance so call later.
