My Airtel fixed Land line no is 011-45669399.
I have a broad band and a fixed line connection at this no.
Kindly go through the series of event
1. My Broad band is dead from 2nd of May and for this i had launched the complaint with airtel customer care on the same very day.
2. There was a visit from a airtel technician which told us there is something wrong in the cable and rewiring has to be done and assured for he task to be completed with in 48 hrs.
3.There was no further response from airtel after this and on making further enquiry with customer care we were told that complaint has been closed because we were not answering the phone which is completely false and fabricated.
Because as such the visiting technician had told us rewiring will be done in 2 days and was never done.
4.During this time for phone line was working but since 7th of june our phone also has become dead and we had launched the compliant with customer care for the same and were assured that with in 11th June this will be rectified.
5. There was again a complaint from our side on 11th June and subsequently one technician visited on 15th and told us that there is some cable issue and with in 15th it will be resolved.
6. After that even this technician never made any visit and our phone line and broad band is still dead.
On talking to customer care on 21stJune compliant no of which is 47903772 we were conveyed that our this complaint has been closed as needfull has been done.
I would just like to know that working standards of airtel has dropped so drastically and your technical team has stooped to such a low that you have started lying to the customer and to your own customer care department who helplessly have no answer for these problems because they are just dummies who are just responding to information flashing on their screen.
I am very sorry to state that airtel services have become more pathetic than MTNL or BSNL.
I pay monthly rental of Rs.1100 for my broadband and now airtel has started calling for the payments for which i am making myself very clear that i will not pay under any condition for the period from 2nd May since when my broad band was not working.(You can check out from your log reports)
No one is able to provide me a solution for this so i am assuming that airtel is incompetent to provide me a service so kindly withdraw my connection, take the modem and refund my money back.
It is better i opt for MTNL connection.
I dont think writing mail will also make a difference after all airtel is a Lala company which has somehow learnt the game of mastering Brand Positioning but is years back from professional working culture prevailing across the globe.
