I Applied For Network Portability from Airtel by sending the required message for porting on 16th June.
After 1 day on 18th at noon I received call from Airtel Care and they said that not to leave Airtel Service and offered me schemes (Airtel to Airtel at 1ps/6sec for 6months, to Other 1ps/2sec for 6months, 370 msg free for 1 month, and 40rs Talktime).
So as they said I cancelled my porting request by the message.
I was told to get the schemes started untill 48hrs, but nothing happened. So i gave a complaint regarding this to the Airtel Customer Care on 20th June.
There also I was told to get the complaint solved within 48hrs (before 24th Noon), but nothing happened.
After that I tried to talk with the Higher Executives but always the line was disconnected directly from airtel and i was left unanswered.
Very Bad Customer Care Service by Airtel.
