I had recharged my airtel number with 1000 INR, which was filled under dedicated account 4 instead of main account, when I contacted airtel costumer care, they behaved negligently and did not pay any heed to my requests. I therfore was forced to report the matter to you. I request to look into the matter urgenty as the validity of the dedicated account 4 is just 1 month.
Hope action will be taken against it.
