Airtel
Mis behaviour of customer care executive

Hello Sir/ Madam

This is with regard to misbehaviour of one of the leading telecom companies Bharti Airtel ltd.

I am contacting you as a customer who is not at all satisfied with the customer care executives way of talking.

I am telling to whole case briefly.

I recieved an sms from airtel saying that "Thank you for continuing with Hello Tunes. You will be charged Rs30 as monthly rent post the free period."

I had no hello tunes active nor my balance got deducted but i called customer care that why i got such msg if i havent subscribed to any hello tunes.

I talked with Mr Upendra Rathod an airtel executive he said that msg must be sent by mistake from company's side. i said ok fine & ended the conversation.

Then after few mins i got another text message saying " Thank you for activating Rs 19 (200 MB Free Usage) rental GPRS pack."

I did not even ask for it & they deducted 19 RS.

I called customer care executive again & talked to Mr Girish Mackwana.

This person talked really in a bad tone & he says that when u called previously in customer care you asked for activating this GPRS service.

While i called for Hellotunes matter.

When i told to transfer call to their supervisor he denied & was talking badly sayin do watever you want you will not get refund for this.

Now the problem for me is not that i lost 19 Rs its not a big amount for me but just see that how much money these telecom companies may be earning by doing such kind of fraud things.

Now this is my Humble Request to Consumer Complaints team to kindly take some strict action regarding this matter.

Hope you would help me in this case.

My mobile number on which i am facing problem is 91-9998020809.

You may call me for any detail regarding this.

Regards:

Mukesh Chugh
