Dear sir,

i am using Airtel 3G on mu mobile Nokia 5230.i did EC recharge 675rs data plan on jun20th. The plan was activated but their is no 3G speed .the maximum speed is 5kb/s only.in my mobile i am getting 3.5G full signal .21 st i called customer care they said before 28th we will solve your problem.on 28th evening they called and said we r solved your problem now u can get 3G speed.after the call end i tried to connect net the speed is only 5kb/s only.almost 10 days over in 30 days validity .y i did 675rs recharge, to this speed i can do normal 98rs recharge .now i try to call customer care now i can't contact then i tried 121 and 198 the call end. see their is no good response from Airtel. my uncle said to me to file case at consumer court against airtel.675rs is a big money, they have to provide good service for the money.but they r not doing that service.they don't know customer value, money and time.
