We are using Airtel landline phone in our office as corporate connection as Swastick tubes Pvt ltd, a/c no.14882721. We have received excess billing from 24.4.11. We have paid the bill on 10.5.11 (before due date) and complained to Airtel for excess billing. Which’s complaining no. is 47612594. Our complain has not been resolved after regular follow-ups. We have received again excess bill next time. Now we have not paid the bill and our services have been stopped.
We want to resume our services & solve our complain. This is our corporate connection direct & indirect loses.
