Unnecessary Balance Alerts which irritates me

Unnecessary Balance Alerts which irritates me

Dear Airtel,

For past one month I am receiving unnecessary current balance alert messages. I do not want these messages as I can get the details when I need by dialing the *123#

My mobile number is 9704086747, and prepaid account using BlackBerry 9300 model.

I have also Emails account activated to check my emails. I do not have Internet account.

Can you please block these alert messages As Soon As Possible.

Please let me know how can I stop these unnecessary message in every 5 minutes.

If this problem is not going to stop, then ultimately I need to change my service provider using portability.

Please help me out as soon as possible.
