Cuting money

Dear sir,

This is for your information, although this is happening very often with me, my mobile balance getting deducting anytime when you asking them why you cutting this they are saying your mobile activeted with some kind of dialogue few days back some redio before that i can't remember the name... why you all are doing this this is not a great business you just cutting money without any valid reason.

so many time you deduct the money, when we ask to give back you said you can't.
