Airtel Not porting out the number to Idea

I had requested for an MNP from Airtel to Idea (Mob:9766519679). They rejected my request on some Contractual Obligations. I had requested them 3-4 times but they were giving same reasons. It has been around 40 days still they had not ported my number. I m having network problem at my home. What should be done now.
