I requested MNP from my vodafone Prepaid to Airtel Prepaid on 27-06-11.
Sir, On 16 july, my number come in Airtel & its outgoing started.
But, On 18 july my AIRTEL service stoped & MNP is rejected due to new sim Card (buy less than 90 day)
BUT, Sir, My simcard is two years old (buy in 2009)
When i go to Airtel office, they said that contact to Vodafone office.
When i go to Vodafone office, they said that your MNP request accepted or your Number went to Airtel & you contact to Airtel
what can i do?
Kindly let me know why my request was rejected
If MNP is rejected by Vodafone what will be further course of action.
Do you need to raise complaint with TRAI. And what is process for that.
