Fake Billing - 8800573555

I am having airtel postpaid connection on which they have billed me for fictitious/fake internet usage. My average mobile internet charges per days work out to be Rs. 2-3 only.

But as per the bills received for the month of July I come to notice that Airtel has charged me for Rs. 1038 for using the internet for just 4 seconds on June 21. Basically they have charged me twice on that particular day. Detail is as under:

Rs. 1038 on June 21 at 21.18.13 PM (only 4 seconds)

Re. 0.30 on June 21 at 21.18.17 PM

I mailed my complain to airtel on July 18 to 121, nodal officer and appellate and they reverted back to me saying "will revert within 3 working days". But I donot get any reply and thus I have to follow each of them... after my several reminders.. they reverted me on July 29... with replies that as a goodwill gesture we are giving you Rs. 300 waiver...

But I am not the beggar, I would not pay even a single penny for such fictitious/fake billing by Airtel.
