Hi, this is Shruti. I am using AIRTEL Prepaid no. since last 5yrs, but since last 1yr I am receiving service messages about new services through Airtel and just by opening message to read, the balance in my account get reduced. I call them & ask about the same, but they are not ready to accept this. & as on now I had switched to IDEA. But still now I heard the same complaint from my Husband & my Friends also.
