I am a customer of Airtel. I suffered from many problems due to deduction of my amount. Airtel used to activate various service without my permission. Also makes changes in my current packs. Recently I had activated roaming as I was in MP. The packs were of Rs.42 and Rs.43 and as per the later I was supposed to get talktime also. But after activation I dint got that talk value as also my current pack as I bought the sim was of 'Friends', which after 1 month of roaming was changed to 1p/sec pack. This is totally not correct. Please help me because I was not informed anything else about the packs. Please help me recover my friends pack.
