REF: Complaint No. - 1731886
Hi,
I have been an Airtel Customer for past 12 years which includes 3 mobile numbers, 1 landline connection and 1 broadband connection.
So it feels terrible now to be at this end and have to write an email on the pathetic behavior shown by Airtel people towards their old customers.
I had logged a complaint with the Airtel (Complaint no. mentioned above) regarding my landline not working properly.
Following were the consequences or I may say punishments of being an airtel customer :
1) 20 days, 6 follow up calls, 6 different customer care executives and 2 floor managers involved and still no action has been taken.
2) 2 times the complaint got closed by itself and I had to reopen it and had to fight for it so that it can stay open.
3) Wrong and incorrect comments were entered to close the complaint which were not uttered by me during any of the calls (like the instrument is personal
and hence the problem is mine and not Airtel's etc. In reality, the instrument is provided by Airtel only)
4) Every time an assurity is given to me and the irresponsible behavior has driven me crazy.
No one is ready to take this complaint as their responsibility now since no one wants to take this responsibility Fault on their heads.
Cowardly, every one is sneeking out of this
It feels pathetic to be an Airtel customer now and I have decided to change all the Airtel products that we are using since I guess they have their
enough share of customers now and they are making more than enough money and hence they don't need the old customers now.
