My prepaid account on mobile phone No.9717312701 has been debited for Rs.30 by Airtel for the reason that "Airtel Friendz Chat has been renewed". I have not requested for this and do not want to subscribe to this service.
Please see that my account is credited IMMEDIATELY with the amount deducted.
