I was using Airtel service since 2003 in Mumbai. and because poor connectivity & service, discontinued their service. Sent email to them several times and called the call center for the refund of the security money (Rs. 6000/- ) for international roaming & higher credit limit which I had deposited at their service center earlier - now, they are not even having a curtsy to call back or reply back or refund! Airtel seems truly pathetic to me now though I was having a good impression about them.
now I switched to other service provider and really enjoying the good service including blackberry service.
Just thought of sharing this in this forum.
