Unnecessary deduction in balance

Hi.

My Self Vinod and I have using Airtel connection for my daily calls and web browsing. Now days Airtel service provider deducting money like any thing they want and they will tell 'sorry sir this not over problem'. Yesterday night I have recharged 98 Rs internet pack. and I have received 1GB data within 2 hours my free data for downloading size is showing empty and when I called customer care of Airtel, they are saying that ' We can't do any thing an you downloaded '.

Within 2 hours in mobile how can I download 2 GB? and also I'm using 2g network.

Three time they have activated my caller tone and deducted 30 Rs/each time and that is also without my information. Till date they have not credidted that.

Please help on this issue and save Indian people from corruption.
