Activation of unwanted service

On my number, 2 services were activated without my consent... Health pack and news pack and daily deduction of 2 rs was made...

I was not aware about the activation of service because I never received any sms related to news, health pack etc

So I was paying rs 2 daily for something which I never personally actiavted and look at this I am paying rs 2 daily unknowingly and not even getting the messages... what the hell...

I called customer care... they replied sir, i cant refund... transer to senior... Senior never answers the call

Then I call them... to unactivate this service... they unactivated and still i continue to loose rs 2.

I call them again..They say services have been unactivated... But i still continue to loose rs 2 without even getting messages (I never wanted messages)...

In this process, I have lost 60 rs (daily rs 2 deduction) and fews more rs because airtel customer care is chargable...

Now I see how airtel stock is performing good because the company has found means to increase revenue... High time to use portability and use networking sites for anti airtel campaign... aakhir har frnd zaroori hota hai...
